MEP Supervisor

Brief: MEP Supervisor

The role ensures that all installations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with

approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. The MEP

Supervisor manages site manpower, monitors productivity, coordinates with subcontractors, and

reports project progress to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily MEP installation works on site.

Allocate work to technicians, electricians, plumbers, duct-men, and helpers.

Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.Monitor manpower productivity and ensure daily targets are achieved.

Coordinate with MEP Engineers regarding work priorities and technical issues.

Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with company quality standards.

Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.

Verify material availability before commencing work.

Maintain daily manpower and work progress records.

Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.

Coordinate inspections with the MEP Engineer.

Assist in testing and commissioning activities.

Report site issues, delays, and resource requirements to the Site Engineer or Project

Manager.

Ensure housekeeping and site discipline are maintained.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

3–8 years of experience in MEP construction supervision.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV installations.

Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
