MEP Supervisor - Fitout

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day work at the site
• Provide the quantification for the material required
• Check the delivered material as per the DO and MAS approval
• Check the drawing and provide feedback in line with the site conditions
• Labour control
• Avoid rework and ensure effective material utilization

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience as MEP Supervisor in interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of fit-out works including coordination with civil, architectural, and finishing trades
• Ability to read and interpret MEP and fit-out drawings (shop drawings, coordinated drawings, builder's work drawings)
