Mandatory details/Skills

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems across Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) outlets.
• Maintain and repair electrical systems, including lighting, DB panels, wiring, and kitchen equipment.
• Handle HVAC systems, including AC units, ventilation, and exhaust systems commonly used in kitchens.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and fixtures.
• Ensure proper functioning of kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify faults and implement corrective actions.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards specific to QSR environments.
• Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs when required
