Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and performance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across multiple facilities. Ensures all building services operate efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with local and national regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of MEP maintenance staff and third-party contractors
- Ensure continuous operation and reliability of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all MEP systems
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and critical repair requirements
- Ensure all maintenance and repair works are completed efficiently and on time
- Monitor compliance with UAE and international safety and regulatory standards
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Implement safety procedures, toolbox talks, and technical training programs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
- Prepare periodic reports on system performance, maintenance status, and budgets
- Utilize CMMS for work order management, tracking, and reporting
- Train, mentor, and develop maintenance staff to enhance technical competency
- Ensure team awareness of new technologies, standards, and best practices

Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / MEP Engineering or related field
- Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant industry experience
- At least 4 years of UAE experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry
