MEP Technical Engineer

Hiring MEP Technical Office Engineers (Freelance – As Built) | Remote

Moullak is expanding its engineering team for a large-scale As-Built (MEP) project and is looking for experienced MEP Technical Office Engineers (CAD) to join on a per-drawing basis.

• Update As-Built drawings based on redline markups
• Apply and interpret ITR / RIW comments accurately
• Ensure drawings reflect actual installation conditions
• Deliver clean and well-organized DWG files
• Follow defined CAD standards (layers, naming, formatting)

• Approx. 1500 drawings per month
• Fully remote (no site visits required)
• Ongoing work for selected candidates

• Proven experience in MEP As-Built / Redline drawings
• Background as Technical Office Engineer (MEP)
• Ability to read and apply ITR / RIW engineering comments
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
• High attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
• Comfortable working with markups from PDFs, screenshots, and Excel logs

• Freelance – Per drawing (sheet-based)
• Long-term collaboration based on performance
• Rate will be agreed based on test performance

Only serious candidates will be shortlisted for the test.

Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid test (real project sample + RIW log).

Payment will be released upon successful submission and approval.

يشترط خبرة فعلية في أعمال As-Built وقراءة وتطبيق ملاحظات ITR / RIW.

الشغل بنظام باللوحة وبشكل مستمر، ويشترط الالتزام بالجودة والمواعيد.

سيتم عمل Test مدفوع (ملف حقيقي) قبل بدء العمل، وتحديد السعر بناءً على الأداء.
