Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Technician located in Dubai. The MEP Technician will be responsible for conducting maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Additional day-to-day responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, and ensuring optimal performance of all systems. The technician will collaborate with the property management team to ensure the properties are maintained in excellent condition, ensuring operational and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance practices
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance and identifying potential system issues before failures occur
• Skilled in Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks for a wide range of equipment and systems
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to the demands of property maintenance
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in real estate maintenance or relevant industry is an advantage
• Diploma, certification, or technical qualification in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems

Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of MEP systems and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a responsible work attitude
• UAE experience is preferred
