MEP (troubleshooter) Technician

Job Purpose:

To carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks across electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. The technician will serve as a multi-skilled troubleshooter, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at assigned sites. HVAC knowledge is considered a valuable bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to lighting, switches, sockets, breakers, water pumps, drainage, and other MEP components.

Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies.

Conduct inspections and provide reports on the condition of equipment and systems.

Ensure tools and materials are used properly and safely.

Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping at all work locations.

Coordinate with team members and supervisors for job completion and task prioritization.

Accurately record job details, time taken, and parts used.

Support HVAC-related tasks when required

Adhere to company policies and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

Open to any nationality.

Minimum 23 years of proven hands-on experience in MEP maintenance and troubleshooting.

Strong background in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repair works.

Swimming pool maintenance experience will be considered an added advantage.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Must hold a valid Driving License.

Good communication skills and team player attitude.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.

Physically fit and willing to work on-site in outdoor environments.
