Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and policies
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates
Document customer interactions in CRM systems accurately
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments
Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution
Meet performance goals including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of customer service or call center experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace
