Role Description
- Plan and monitor production schedules across categories.
- Conduct daily follow-up on orders.
- Track performance against budget and review weekly progress.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan inventory based on historical sales and growth projections.
- Monitor competitors pricing and market activity.
- Analyze market data to forecast demand and support buying decisions.
- Use analytical tools to improve demand forecasting and inventory strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts Fashion Section is required (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders
- 01 year of experience in merchandise planning or retail/fashion sales.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with the fashion and retail industry preferred
