Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Merchandise Planner role based in Doha, Qatar. The Merchandise Planner will develop and manage merchandise plans, including sales forecasts, stock levels, and assortment strategies for Mumuso Qatar stores. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales and inventory data, planning demand, and ensuring optimal product availability while minimizing overstock and stockouts. The role involves coordinating with operations, and store teams to align merchandise strategies with customer trends and business targets. The Merchandise Planner will also monitor performance against plans, prepare regular reports, and propose adjustments to improve profitability and support store growth.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Demand Planning capabilities.
Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Sales-related skills.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Experience in retail merchandising, planning, or category management is beneficial.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with planning or ERP systems is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to data-driven decision-making.
