Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all company products are well-displayed, priced correctly, and adequately stocked across assigned outlets.

  • Guarantee planogram compliance and maintain brand visibility standards in all stores.

  • Monitor product availability and implement FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation to prevent expiries or shortages.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, store managers, and purchasing staff.

  • Execute in-store promotions, product displays, and point-of-sale (POS) activities as per marketing guidelines.

  • Identify and open new outlets to expand product reach and distribution coverage.

  • Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely product deliveries and shelf replenishment.

  • Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.

  • Submit accurate and timely reports on merchandising activities, sales feedback, and market conditions.

  • Uphold company standards for hygiene, safety, and brand representation in every store visit.
