Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement merchandising standards and in-store execution guidelines
  • Lead and manage merchandising & audit teams across channels
  • Design and execute regular store audits (availability, visibility, pricing, planogram compliance)
  • Evaluate merchandiser performance and recommend corrective actions
  • Analyze audit findings and translate them into actionable insights and improvement plans
  • Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Marketing teams to close execution gaps
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and trade agreements
  • Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for management review
  • Support AOP, promotions, and key seasonal activations with execution assessments

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Good command of the English language (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Leadership and team management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving and corrective action mindset
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field
  • Training / Certificate preferred:
  • Merchandising Excellence
  • Market Audit / Field Force Effectiveness
