Merchandiser

Role: Merchandiser (Saudi nationals only)

Locations: Jeddah, Dammam, Riyadh, Abha

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Certificate or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of merchandising experience in FMCG

• Good understanding of merchandising fundamentals and retail execution

• Basic knowledge of the Saudi FMCG market

• Strong communication, punctuality, and follow-up skills

• Willingness to travel within assigned areas

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute merchandising activities across assigned outlets and route plans

• Ensure product availability, shelf replenishment, and FIFO stock rotation

• Implement planograms, brand blocks, POSM, and secondary displays

• Maintain pricing accuracy and high in-store execution standards

• Monitor shelf cleanliness and overall brand visibility

• Report out-of-stock situations and competitor activities

• Coordinate with sales teams to resolve in-store issues

• Capture execution records and store visits accurately through handheld systems/PDA.
