Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser. The Merchandiser is responsible for managing relationships with suppliers and vendors, creating and implementing merchandising plans, monitoring and analyzing sales performance, and forecasting trends. The Merchandiser will also work closely with retail and marketing departments to develop effective strategies for increasing sales and profitability.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in sales, retail, and marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
