We are hiring a Site Merchandiser to drive customer engagement and optimize the digital storefront experience. In this role, you will execute and schedule promotional content across push notifications, emails, homepages, and targeted category pages to meet high standards of customer expectation. You will collaborate closely with category managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to plan and launch site-wide campaigns. Additionally, you will analyze performance traffic metrics to refine store curations and support continuous business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own online store merchandising, product curations, and browse tree designs to optimize the site experience.
- Execute and schedule promotional content across homepages, category pages, push notifications, and email programs.
- Coordinate with category managers, designers, and editors to assist in executing the site merchandising calendar.
- Plan, schedule, and execute large store-wide promotions, cross-category placements, and major event launches.
- Generate, review, and analyze proof of performance and traffic reports for management teams.
- Utilize internal merchandising tools and widgets to enhance promotional displays and customer engagement.
- Support search result configurations and new product launches across digital channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce site merchandising and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, manipulation, and basic reporting.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to proprietary merchandising and promotional tools.
- Strong organizational skills to manage complex promotional calendars and deadlines.
- Solid communication and coordination skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Based in or willing to work on-site/hybrid in Cairo, Egypt.
