Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full production cycle starting from receiving designs until final product delivery.
  • Handle end-to-end product development, including material selection, costing, and pricing strategies.
  • Work with international licensors such as Warner Bros., following up on all product development stages, from design to production, and obtaining their approval at each step.
  • Lead cost negotiations with suppliers and factories to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
  • Prepare fabric, trims, and accessory requirements and issue purchase orders accordingly.
  • Follow up on fabric and material reception, ensuring quality and timeline compliance.
  • Send tech packs and specifications to factories and confirm full alignment on requirements.
  • Oversee pre-production samples (PPS), fitting approvals, and quality checks before bulk production.
  • Create and monitor Time & Action (T&A) plans for all styles to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Follow up daily on production stages: cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and shipment readiness.
  • Monitor manufacturing processes closely to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to specifications.
  • Coordinate shipping logistics with factories and internal teams to secure on-time delivery.
  • Work closely with QA to ensure product quality at every stage of production.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards across production facilities.
  • Coordinate product handover to the warehouse and verify documentation accuracy.
  • Prepare weekly reports on production status, fabric consumption, costing updates, and shipment progress.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Home Economics, Applied Arts or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in apparel production, garment merchandising, or sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production workflows (CMT / Full Package).
  • Experience in costing, pricing, and supplier/factory negotiations.
  • Proven experience in following up on sampling, PPS, bulk production, and shipment timelines.
  • Strong understanding of quality standards, specifications, and garment measurements.
  • Ability to manage and update Time & Action (T&A) plans effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers, factories, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP/production systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple styles simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced fashion manufacturing environment.
