Job description:

• Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market insights to develop seasonal merchandise strategies.
• Assist in assortment planning, ensuring a balanced mix of styles, colors, price points, and key categories.
• Collaborate with buyers/designers on range building, ensuring alignment with brand direction.
• Work with planners to manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstock.
• Produce weekly/monthly sales reports and present insights to management.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 15 years of merchandising or planning experience in retail/fashion (depending on level).
