Merchandiser - Tagalog Speaking Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement attractive product displays and layouts in stores, kiosks.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor product presentation, cleanliness, and display consistency across locations.
• Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to execute promotions and new launches.
• Plan and install visual setups for new store openings, pop-ups, and events.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate visual execution and make improvements.
• Maintain visual standards and update displays based on stock levels and customer feedback.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising basics and display maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor visual strategies.
• Manage display tools, props, and in-store branding materials.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in retail visual merchandising (perfume, fashion, or luxury preferred)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed
• Valid United Arab Emirates driving license preferred.
