About Us

Fincart is building the operating system for e-commerce in emerging markets, unifying shipping, cash reconciliation, and working capital into one SaaS platform.

We're hiring an elite Merchant Acquisition Executive to drive revenue growth. This is a closing role for proven B2B SaaS sellers who understand complex buyer journeys, operational pain points, and how to consistently hit numbers.

If your experience is limited to generic sales, lead passing, or order taking; this role is not a fit.

What You'll Own

  • Full end-to-end sales ownership: prospecting discovery demo negotiation close
  • Selling a mission-critical B2B SaaS platform to e-commerce founders, COOs, and ops leaders
  • Building and managing a predictable pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Running high-quality discovery to uncover logistics, shipping, COD, and cash-flow pain points
  • Leading commercial negotiations and closing recurring revenue contracts
  • Driving ARR growth, not just logo acquisition
  • Working cross-functionally to ensure fast activation, retention, and expansion
  • Maintaining strict CRM discipline (pipeline hygiene, deal notes, forecasting)
  • Staying ahead of trends in e-commerce, logistics, SaaS, and fintech

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience in a closing role
  • Direct experience selling into e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, fintech, or payments
  • Demonstrated success closing recurring revenue contracts (subscription or usage-based)
  • Strong discovery, objection handling, and negotiation skills
  • Experience selling to senior stakeholders (founders, COOs, heads of operations/finance)
  • Comfortable owning a number and being measured on ARR and conversion metrics
  • Advanced CRM usage (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
  • Highly autonomous, competitive, and execution-driven

What Separates Top 10% Candidates

  • Track record of achieving/exceeding OTEs in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce business economics (shipping costs, SLAs, COD flows)
  • Ability to articulate ROI clearly and sell value, not discounts
  • Startup or scale-up background where ambiguity is normal
