Job Description

We are a leading payment service provider and aggregator based in Dubai, UAE serving the igaming and forex verticals, and we're looking for a Merchant Acquisition Manager to help drive business growth across multiple markets.

1- Offsite - Dubai

2- Remote

About the Role:

As a Merchant Acquisition Manager, you will be the face of the business and play a critical role in expanding our payments ecosystem, onboarding new merchant accounts, helping to deliver go-lives, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will work closely with payment providers, igaming and forex merchants, as well as cross-functional internal teams to help enhance our payment offerings and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business – Identify and pursue new business opportunities to help drive revenue through processing volume.
  • Partnership Development – Establish and manage relationships with PSPs, aggregators, and payment orchestration platforms.
  • Market Expansion – Research and analyze emerging payment trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Sales & Negotiation – Prospecting from cold, drive contract negotiations, secure favorable terms, and close deals with payment partners and new merchant accounts.
  • Collaboration & Implementation – Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Legal) to ensure seamless integration, helping to deliver go-lives.
  • Account management - Continue to manage and maintain the accounts for the entire lifecycle while delivering best-in-class service.
  • Revenue Growth – Develop strategies to help increase processing volumes and share of wallet.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in payments. Ideally at another fintech or PSP with some exposure to igaming/forex.
  • A strong network in the payments industry with established connections to PSPs, acquirers, and merchants
  • Understanding of payment processing, PSP integrations, and alternative payment methods.
  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Fluent English speaker - any additional languages would be advantageous.
  • International travel is part of the role therefore priority will be given to candidates with stronger passports.
