Job Description

Job Purpose

Monitoring the operation of merchant branches and ensuring branch managers adhere to operational policies, while providing necessary support and training on the Nowpay system, and building strong relationships with branch managers to ensure the highest levels of performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow merchant's branches to ensure that daily operational tasks are carried out correctly

Conduct regular field visits to merchant branches to evaluate performance, follow up on operations, and identify any issues that may affect workflow.

Train branch staff on the NowPay system and guide them to ensure optimal system usage.

Build positive and ongoing relationships with branch managers to support collaboration and policy adherence.

collect operational feedback and issues from branches and report

Prepare and submit regular reports including:

o Branches performance status

o Operational issues

Follow up on branch issues to ensure they are resolved properly.

Provide improvement suggestions to enhance operational efficiency across merchant branches.

Requirements

02 years of experience in merchant-related operations.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Training and coaching skills.

Ability to prepare reports and conduct regular follow-ups.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle operational challenges.

Ability to perform fieldwork and follow up.

Good appearance and courteous manners

MUST own a means of transportation (motorcycle or car)
