Salary: AED 45,000 – 60,000 per month (All-in package)

A utilities developer in Dubai is seeking an M&A Manager / Senior Manager with strong transaction experience across the Power and Water sector. Fluency in Arabic (reading, writing and speaking) is essential, as the role involves reviewing Arabic contracts, investment documentation and stakeholder engagement across the region.

The role will support the full M&A lifecycle, including target identification, financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, negotiations and investment committee presentations for strategic investments across power, energy and water infrastructure assets.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in M&A, investments or corporate finance within Power, Energy, Water or Wastewater sectors
• Fluent Arabic (reading, writing and speaking) – essential requirement
• Ability to review and negotiate contracts and agreements written in Arabic
• Proven experience in target screening, financial modelling, valuation and due diligence
• Experience supporting deal structuring, JV agreements and negotiations
• Exposure to wastewater, biogas or waste-to-energy projects is advantageous
• Experience preparing investment committee materials and engaging senior stakeholders
• Understanding of project finance and funding structures

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• CFA Level II / III preferred
• Fluent English required
