About the Client
An established US-based telecom retail operator that owns and manages multiple AT&T-branded stores across the state. They currently operate five locations and are scaling rapidly toward 1415 stores. They run all back-office functions in-house (leasing, HR/recruiting, payroll and marketing) and are building a scalable remote model with specialized assistants to support store operations.
Why does this role exist
This role will reduce operational load on store and leadership teams by owning local digital marketing and social presence for each store. The role's mission is to drive foot traffic and leads for individual stores through localized social content, paid ads, and simple lead capture pagesenabling the client to grow store count without expanding physical office headcount. Hiring this VA helps standardize processes and deliver repeatable local campaigns so store managers can focus on in-store operations.
The Impact you'll make
Content Creation & Social Posting- Design basic graphics and layout assets for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Write captions and post copy aligned with store promotions, local events, and brand voice.
- Schedule and publish posts daily or multiple times per week; ensure consistency across stores.
Store Coordination & Brand Consistency- Coordinate with store managers to collect photos and short videos for use in posts and ads.
- Maintain brand guidelines across local content and promotions.
- Ensure localized messaging is accurate and compliant with brand/retailer requirements.
Paid Local Advertising- Build and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns targeted to 2-mile radius around each store.
- Optimize campaigns for leads/visits: audience targeting, budgets, A/B creatives, basic bid strategy.
- Monitor ad performance and make adjustments to improve CTR, CPA and conversions.
Landing Pages & Lead Routing- Create simple landing pages or lead forms for ad campaigns (using WordPress, landing page builders or form tools).
- Integrate lead capture forms with the client's CRM or lead routing process so store teams receive leads promptly.
- Track lead delivery and perform basic QA on routing and form data.
Reporting & Process Improvement- Produce regular performance updates for campaigns and social channels (basic metrics and observations).
- Document SOPs for recurring tasks (post templates, ad build checklist, landing page setup).
- Suggest optimizations to improve local campaign performance and workflows.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- Proven experience creating and managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, including local/geotargeting.
- Experience building simple landing pages and lead-capture forms and integrating them with a CRM or routing system.
- Demonstrated experience creating social media content (graphics + captions) for business brands on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for store communication and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Able to work a fixed schedule 9:00am6:00pm Central Time, 40 hours/week, and fluent in written/verbal English.
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

Your Superpowers:- Technical: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, basic landing page builders (WordPress, Leadpages, Unbounce, or similar), Canva/Photoshop or equivalent graphic tools, social scheduling tools, Microsoft Office.
- Soft skills: proactive, organized, process-driven, strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, ability to work independently, responsive to store teams, professional demeanor representing the brand.
