Position: Metallurgy & Mill Product Manager
Location: Dammam

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Metallurgy professional to lead and manage thermo-mechanical processes, ensuring product quality, performance, and operational excellence in a large-scale manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage metallurgical aspects of thermo-mechanical production processes
✔ Handle technical queries (TQ) and feasibility analysis across departments
✔ Define process capabilities and metallurgical limitations
✔ Lead process setup and optimization for thermo-mechanical transformations
✔ Oversee qualification of new/modified processes, materials, and suppliers
✔ Develop and implement failure analysis protocols
✔ Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement
✔ Provide technical support to manufacturing teams
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations
✔ Lead, mentor, and develop team members

Requirements:
✔ Degree in Metallurgy / Materials Engineering or related field
✔ Strong experience in steel / pipe manufacturing (Oil & Gas preferred)
✔ Expertise in thermo-mechanical processes & heat treatment
✔ Proven leadership and team management experience
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
