Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

2.6-8 years of experience in microfinance, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

3.Strong understanding of microfinance products and services, as well as the unique needs of underserved communities.

4.Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and partnership building.

5.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

6.Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

7.Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the microfinance industry.

8.Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.

9.Passion for financial inclusion and poverty alleviation.
