Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in Portfolio Management, Credit Analysis, Portfolio Monitoring, or Financial Services.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct portfolio analysis, identify trends, assess portfolio performance, and recommend corrective actions.
Solid understanding of key portfolio performance indicators, including PAR, delinquency, collection efficiency, vintage analysis, concentration risk, and other relevant credit portfolio metrics.
Hands-on experience in credit assessment and portfolio monitoring.
Strong ability to prepare and analyze portfolio performance reports and translate data into actionable insights for management.
Strong knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
Strong understanding of credit risk, portfolio quality, and risk mitigation techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present portfolio insights and recommendations to senior management.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Portfolio Management experience within Microfinance, SME Lending, Banking, or Financial Services is highly preferred.
