Job Overview

As part of Stellantis electrification strategy, we are accelerating the development of our micromobility ecosystem, with a strong focus on electric two and three-wheeler solutions and new urban mobility services.

We are looking for Business Development Leaders in Micromobility Growth & Partnerships with direct experience in electric 2W/3W ecosystems to support the growth of Stellantis micromobility business. This role focuses on commercial and operational development within the electric two and three-wheeler segment, contributing to scalable and sustainable business expansion.

The role is open for Trkiye, South Africa, Morocco, Egypt, Kenya and Nigeria.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and growth of Stellantis micromobility initiatives focusing on electric two- and three-wheel mobility solutions and new urban transportation models.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities across the micromobility ecosystem, supporting Stellantis expansion in emerging urban mobility markets.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies and commercial initiatives, including product positioning, market entry strategies, and partnership development within the electric 2W/3W segment.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with key ecosystem players such as mobility startups, technology providers, distributors, fleet operators, and urban mobility platforms.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in the micromobility sector to support strategic decision-making and long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including product, engineering, marketing, and regional commercial teams to ensure successful execution of micromobility projects.
  • Support the launch and scaling of new micromobility solutions, ensuring operational readiness, commercial viability, and sustainable business performance.
  • Develop business cases and growth plans for new mobility initiatives, evaluating investment opportunities and partnership models.
  • Represent Stellantis within the micromobility ecosystem, engaging with startups, innovation hubs, and industry stakeholders to strengthen the company's position in next-generation mobility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the electric 2W/3W micromobility sector or broader mobility ecosystem
  • Background in business development, strategy, operations, sales, or marketing within mobility, automotive, or tech-driven industries
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive execution
  • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments such as mobility platforms, startups, or innovation-driven organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Passion for sustainable mobility and electrification
