- Excellent in Time Management
- Minimum years experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365/CRM 2013/2015/2016), including 2+ years in a technical lead or architect role.
- Proven track record in delivering complex CRM implementations and integrations.
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation, plugin development, and Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of Azure services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, MB-600, MB-400 or equivalent are highly desirable
