Job Responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 Administration & Operations

• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams)

• Administer tenant configuration, hybrid identity, and AD Connect environments

• Manage Microsoft 365 licensing and ensure cost optimization

• Perform tenant governance, configuration, and service integration

Identity & Security

• Implement Identity and Access Management (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, IAM)

• Manage Microsoft security solutions (Defender Suite, Purview, DLP, Insider Risk, PIM, eDiscovery)

• Implement and maintain Zero Trust security architecture

• Conduct incident response, threat analysis, and security investigations

Architecture & Engineering

• Design and implement enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 architecture (hybrid, multi-geo, high availability)

• Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations, mergers, and integrations

• Design and enforce governance frameworks for Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive

• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

Automation & Optimization

• Automate tasks using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Automation, and Logic Apps

• Develop scripts for provisioning, reporting, and governance automation

• Monitor service performance and optimize usage and costs

Monitoring & Reporting

• Implement monitoring and reporting using Microsoft Sentinel and native tools

• Generate reports on usage, security posture, compliance, and licensing

• Ensure SLA compliance and service availability

Endpoint & Device Management

• Manage Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, Autopilot, compliance policies)

• Implement Zero Touch deployment strategies

• Enforce device compliance and BYOD policies

Migration & Integration

• Handle complex migrations (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, SaaS integrations)

• Integrate Microsoft 365 with external applications using SSO and SCIM

Governance & Collaboration

• Define and enforce governance for Microsoft 365 services

• Drive user adoption, training, and change management initiatives

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams

Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Design and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies

• Ensure high availability and geo-redundancy

• Conduct DR testing and validate SLAs

Job Specification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration and enterprise environments

• Strong experience in hybrid identity environments (Entra ID / AD Connect)

• Proven experience in Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and Zero Trust architecture

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and endpoint management

• Experience in enterprise-scale migrations and cloud transformations

• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API

• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel or similar SIEM tools

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing models and optimization strategies

• Ability to work in high-availability, enterprise-scale environments (1000+ users)

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
