Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Intune Support Consultant to manage and support our organization's Microsoft Intune environment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth deployment, management, and troubleshooting of devices, applications, and policies across the enterprise, providing technical assistance to end-users and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and policy management.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, iOS, and Android devices managed via Intune.
  • Assist in application deployment, updates, and lifecycle management through Intune.
  • Monitor device compliance and security, escalating critical issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement Intune policies, profiles, and security baselines.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and user guides.
  • Stay updated with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager features, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Support migration projects, upgrades, or new feature rollouts within Intune.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 13 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android device management.
  • Familiarity with MDM (Mobile Device Management) and MAM (Mobile Application Management) concepts.
  • Experience troubleshooting device, application, and policy issues in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MD-101 (Managing Modern Desktops) or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.
