Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Microsoft Security Consultant. We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Security Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure AD, Identity and Security, Active Directory, and Microsoft Defender products. As a Microsoft Security Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our clients Microsoft security solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Microsoft Security Solutions implementation, specifically with Azure, O365, and Windows security
- Design and implement security solutions using Microsoft technologies, particularly focusing on Azure AD, Active Directory, and Microsoft Defender suite.
- Provide expert advice on identity management, access control, and security protocols within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Conduct security assessments and audits, identify vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security practices into their workflows and systems.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft security technologies and industry trends.
- Deliver training and workshops to clients and internal teams on Microsoft security best practices.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex security-related issues.
- Work with sales and technical teams to develop and propose solutions that meet customers security needs.
- Experience in conducting security assessments, risk analysis, and security audits
- Expertise in cloud security, identity and access management, and network security
- Experience with security monitoring and incident response
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, CIS)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain technical security requirements to non-technical audiences
