Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CAD / MicroStation Technician to support our Roads & Infrastructure design team. The role will be responsible for preparing, developing, and maintaining accurate engineering drawings and technical documentation for roads, highways, infrastructure, and associated civil works using MicroStation and AutoCAD.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience working within engineering consultancy environments and be familiar with UAE road and infrastructure projects, design standards, and drawing requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering, Drafting, CAD, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in CAD drafting for Roads & Infrastructure projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with MicroStation is mandatory.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience in roads, highways, infrastructure, and civil engineering consultancy projects.
• Experience preparing detailed engineering drawings, plans, profiles, sections, and construction/IFC drawings.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, scales, coordinates, levels, dimensions, layers, and CAD standards.
• UAE / GCC project experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with Abu Dhabi infrastructure projects and local authority requirements will be an advantage.
