We are seeking a Mid Campaign Manager to own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end for a fast-growing AI-powered growth company. This role is ideal for professionals with client-facing experience who are ready to operate independently and grow into senior campaign management.
Salary: $500$600 USD/month Location: Remote Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of mid-tier accounts from onboarding handoff through execution and renewal
- Lead client communication cadence async updates, calls, and escalation handling
- Translate strategy into clear execution plans and coordinate with the content team
- Monitor campaign performance, identify issues, and implement adjustments quickly
- Guide and support Junior Campaign Managers on execution standards and documentation
Candidate Profile
- 12 years of experience in a client-facing, campaign management, or customer success role
- Strong written English with client-safe, professional communication
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently in fast-moving environments
- Familiar with tools like Notion, Slack, and campaign execution platforms
