Mid Cap Corporate Relationship Manager/Sr. Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

Analyze and assess the financial position and creditworthiness of existing and prospective Mid-Cap Corporate clients and prepare the required analytical reports and credit studies to support the Credit Management function in making sound credit decisions. The role is responsible for managing client financing needs in line with the annual business objectives set by Senior Management, applicable credit policies, laws, regulations, and internal procedures, with the objective of achieving business targets and enhancing the profitability and quality of the credit portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute the annual financial and business targets across assigned business sectors for both existing and prospective clients, in line with objectives set by Management and in compliance with the Bank's credit policies, applicable laws, regulations, and internal procedures.
• Develop and maintain a structured schedule of field visits to Mid-Cap Corporate clients to identify their financing needs, understand their business activities, and obtain the required documentation to assess their financial position.
• Prepare comprehensive financial analysis reports for targeted clients and review their consolidated credit positions with the Central Bank to assess their creditworthiness and determine the appropriate financing and facility structure.
• Coordinate with the Central Information/Inquiry Department and clients to identify the required documentation and arrange meetings between the relevant Bank representative and the client to assess and process their financing requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive credit proposals and market studies for client requests in accordance with the Bank's credit policy and Central Bank regulations and submit recommendations to the Credit Risk Management function for review and subsequent presentation to the relevant Credit Committee.
• Attend Credit Committee meetings to present and discuss client cases, provide relevant business and financial information, and respond to committee inquiries.
• Prepare and finalize client contracts and required documentation following credit approval and ensure timely follow-up on approved facilities in accordance with established procedures.
• Coordinate with the Central Operations Division, branches, and clients to facilitate the utilization and execution of approved credit facilities.
• Manage and monitor existing client relationships, conduct periodic financial assessments, and prepare analytical reports. Handle facility renewals and monitor clients facility utilization to assess performance against approved targets and business objectives.
• Develop existing client relationships by activating and promoting relevant banking products and services in coordination with concerned Bank departments, with the objective of expanding the overall banking relationship and increasing portfolio profitability.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline.
• RM: 3–5 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years of experience in Corporate Credit.
• SRM: 5–7 years of banking experience, including at least 4 years of experience in Corporate Credit.
• Credit Course / Banking Credit Certification is required.
• Locations: Greater Cairo, Mansoura, and El Minya.
