Responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of data-related systems and processes within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Assisting in Designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes to support our data integration and analysis efforts.
Assisting in Developing and maintaining ETL documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and data mappings.
Supporting data cleansing and validation processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Identifying and resolving data quality issues through data profiling, analysis, and data cleansing techniques.
Developing and maintaining scripts, queries, and code to manipulate, transform, and analyze data and generate reports.
Assisting in the administration and maintenance of database systems, including performance monitoring, backup and recovery, and security management, ensuring the availability and reliability of data systems.
Report project/task status to the Tech lead/ principal.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or any relevant fields.
Min. 3 to 5 years of experience as Data/AI Developer.
Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend) and data integration technologies is desirable.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Solid understanding of data engineering principles, data modeling, and database design.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, data integration patterns, and batch and real-time data processing.
Familiarity with programming skills in languages such as Python.
Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques (e.g., machine learning, statistical modeling) is beneficial.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
