Key Responsibilities
- To comply with the company's QHSE policies and procedures.
- Preparing Master Bill of Material.
- Coordinating with the procurement department for the availability of the required materials.
- Attending Client Meeting to know for their exact requirement.
- Co-ordinate with logistic company for duty exemption of the import material.
- Scheduling & targeting the date for completion of the project.
- Raising of RFI (Request for Information) to client for any clarification needed for construction/fabrication.
- Preparing MAR (Material Approval Request) and submitting to the Client for approval.
- Coordinating with the transport department for receiving raw materials.
- Conducting meeting with subcontractors like Drawing vendors, NDT, Machining, Galvanizing & painting.
- Coordinating with production department in-order to complete the job in scheduled time.
- Coordinating with transport department for material transporting for machining & painting.
- Follow-up with all departments for job status & completion.
- Completing the final product before the targeted date.
- Guiding Draftsman for actual descriptions provided in sketch.
- Coordinating with client for final approval before starting construction.
- Conducting weekly Meeting with Client, HSE & other Foreman's and providing a detail projection about Job description.
- Coordinating with Project Manager for increasing or reducing manpower and resources.
- Prepare packing list for projects and co-ordinating with client and logistic companies for loading and documentation.
