Mid-Level Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a Mid level Software Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong software background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing, quality processes, and ensuring high-quality product delivery across different systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios

Perform manual or automated testing for web and software applications

Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through resolution

Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders

Ensure software products meet quality standards, requirements, and best practices

Participate in release planning, regression testing, and production validation

Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies

Requirements

2 to 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance

Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies

Solid software background with hands-on testing experience

Experience in writing clear and detailed bug reports and test documentation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality deliverables

Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
