Mid-Level Quality Control Engineer

Job Description

* The role will include manual and automation testing, with automation testing including Web and Mobile automation.

* Responsible for ensuring high product quality across web and mobile platforms.

* Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and frameworks.

* Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies and plans.

* Support junior QA engineers, promoting best practices in manual testing and test automation.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business (product) and technical (development and DevOps), to integrate testing into the development lifecycle and to take decisions regarding quality, scope and timeline of releases.

* Apply manual testing and develop and maintain automated test scripts for both web and mobile applications, using tools like Selenium and Appium.

Job Requirement

* 2-3 years of experience in software QC plus experience in test automation.

* Proficient in web and mobile automation testing with **Selenium**, **Appium**, or relevant testing frameworks.

* Proficient with testing scripting in at least one of language of C#, Java, or Python.

* Familiarity with C++ or JavaScript.

* Familiarity with test management tools and bug tracking systems.

* Understanding of REST APIs and backend testing.

* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Familiarity and experience using performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter).
