Client Project | 3-Month Full-Time Engagement
We are
hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a
Mid-Level / Senior Java & Spring Boot Developer to join an exciting
3-month project.
The selected candidate will work
full-time throughout the project duration, contributing to the development, optimization, testing, and maintenance of backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Work with Hibernate / JPA, including:
- Entity mapping and relationships
- Transaction management
- Query optimization and performance tuning
- Work extensively with MySQL, including:
- Writing complex SQL queries
- Query optimization and performance tuning
- Understanding database indexing and query execution
- Use Redis for:
- Caching
- Session management
- Distributed locks
- Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Use Git for version control and collaborative development.
- Work within an Agile development environment, participating in planning, stand-ups, reviews, and other team ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and performance-related issues.
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to deliver project requirements on time.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Solid understanding of Hibernate / JPA, including:
- Entity mapping and relationships
- Transaction management
- Query tuning and optimization
- Strong experience with MySQL, including writing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Practical experience with Redis, particularly caching, session management, and distributed locks.
- Good understanding of unit testing and writing maintainable, testable code.
- Proficiency with Git and experience working in Agile development teams.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance-optimization skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a development team.
- Availability to work full-time for the entire 3-month project duration.
