We are looking for an Arabic and English speaking talented Mid to Senior Interior Designer with experience in residential/ commercial/ mixed-use projects. The right candidate will be a strong conceptual designer with the ability to create captivating presentations, acquire material finishes and FF&E selection.Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, and experience in technical coordination between disciples, overseeing technical packages would be ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating and leading design concepts through creative thought processes focused on user experience, materiality, and sustainable approaches, and represents the company's standard quality of design.
- Demonstrate design and technical aptitude, with confidence in coordinating all building services with specialized consultants and delivering technical solutions
- Familiarity with designing and preparing CGI briefs for internal/ external visualizers.
- Contribute to and manage the preparation of mood boards, material & finish selections, and presentations.
- Design, compile, and present to clients
- Maintain constant professional communications with client, project team, and consultants.
- Ability to plan and organize work efficiently, across multiple ongoing projects.
- Demonstrate knowledge of industry wide furniture & design suppliers, able to lead procurement and client selection discussions.
- Have responsibilities for managing team members with specific roles, areas or packages within projects, while ensuring quality control and providing guidance for rectification.
- Work within an agreed scope and deliver complete packages of work to deadline.
- Develop design work in close coordination with other members of the team, fostering an inclusive team environment.
- Ensure end to end project delivery under the guidance of Design lead, across all stages.
- Manage all aspects associated with projects including proposals, samples, contractual deliverables, project budget, and profitability.
Qualifications
- Degree in Interior Design or related internationally recognized degree.
- Arabic and English speaking
- 4+ years experience on mid-large scale projects.
- Strong space planning skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in using generative AI technologies for concept creation & storytelling would be a plus, but not essential.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop) & AutoCAD
- Possess excellent English and Arabic communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
