Westview International Language School is seeking to appoint an exceptional and experienced
Middle & High School Principal for the 2026/27 academic year. The successful candidate will provide strategic and academic leadership across the two stages, driving excellence in teaching and learning, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring outstanding outcomes for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership and direction for the elementary school, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
- Manage day-to-day school operations, maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for students, staff, and families
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum and instructional strategies aligned with educational best practices
- Promote continuous professional development among staff to enhance teaching quality and student outcomes
- Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider school community to foster engagement and support
- Monitor and analyze student performance data, using insights to drive school improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with relevant education regulations, policies, and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a recognised teaching qualification; a Master's degree is desirable
- Proven leadership experience in a Middle or High School setting
- Strong knowledge of National Curricula.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Experience in an international school is an advantage
