Role Description

For immediate hire for the academic year 2025-2026; this is a full-time on-site role as an Middle/High School English Teacher at Misr American College in Cairo, Egypt. The English Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, curriculum development, teaching English to elementary or middle school students, and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Education, English Language Instruction, or a related field
• 2+years of experience in teaching Middle / High school stages
• Prior experience with American curriculum standards
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Strong classroom management and organization skills
• Knowledge of best practices in teaching and student assessment
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Teaching certification or licensure is preferred
