Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Principal in leading daily school operations with efficiency, care, and vision
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that promotes student success and wellbeing
• Collaborate with teachers to strengthen instructional practices and ensure high academic standards
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff to cultivate trust and partnership
• Contribute to strategic planning and school improvement initiatives that align with our mission

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
• Proven experience in middle school teaching and/or leadership roles
• Passion for empowering students and supporting teachers in their professional growth
