We are
Gradion, a deep tech consulting and development powerhouse helping businesses scale to billion-dollar valuations. We help companies scale, transform, and thrive-not just through technology, but through deep strategic partnership. With
300+ experts across 7 global offices, we don't just build software; we challenge assumptions, design better futures, and co-create scalable solutions.
Our ideas underpin successful exits, IPOs, strong financial results, and competitive advantages, as well as novel processes, new business models, and great user experiences. We work with clients who are scaling fast, entering new markets, or rethinking how their business should work in the digital age. We don't act like typical outsourcers-we think, question, and lead.
We say no to office politics and pointless meetings. We celebrate curiosity, experimentation and passion. We are very open to people growing both within and beyond their teams and departments.
We are looking for a Project Manager to join the dynamic product team - a campervan hire and camping expert in Europe with over 70 stations across Europe and North America.
In this role, you will
- Manage end-to-end software multi-projects
- Be responsible for project scope, timeline, budget, communication, and overall customer success
- Act as a client partner by providing help and support to achieve their business goals
- Analyze, evaluate, and understand business cases, and convert them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria for delivery
- Efficiently manage the project development process based on Agile methodology: prepare roadmaps and backlogs, implement Agile ceremonies, and identify risks and potential issues
- Regularly assess team dynamics to foster motivation, engagement, and professional growth
What You Will Bring
- 3-4 Years of experience in Project management in tech companies
- Proven experience managing software development projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA
- Experience thriving in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and SDLC methodologies
- Knowledge of business requirements gathering and analysis
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication
- Knowledge of project budgeting and financial management
- Experience in risk management and issue resolution
