Migration Specialist

Responsible for migrating Escrow accoutnt data from legacy systems and Excel sources into the new Escrow Management system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and consistency through comprehensive validation and reconciliation process.

Frameworks, Boundaries, & Decision Making Authority

• Migration Specialist will report to the Migration Lead
• Key decisions having significant impact on reporting are referred to the Managers for approval before publishing.
• The job holder will exercise decision making as per the level established within the project execution.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data migration or data management projects, preferably within financial or banking systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance processes.
