Mixing Supervisor

Eva Cosmetics is hiring a dedicated Mixing Supervisor to Supervise and control the mixing and manufacturing process in compliance with approved Batch Manufacturing Records and GMP standards to ensure product quality, minimize waste, and achieve the daily production plan.

Essential Duties

-Review and execute Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and ensure availability and verification of raw materials before production.

-Ensure GMP compliance including line clearance, area cleanliness, and adherence to approved SOPs.

-Monitor mixing operations, material addition, filtration, and machine performance to ensure process accuracy and efficiency.

-Verify raw materials (weight, QC status, physical condition, expiry) and initiate deviation/CAPA procedures when required.

-Ensure accurate documentation in line with GDP and submit completed BMRs to Quality Control on time.

-Monitor machine downtime, waste percentage, and production performance; prepare daily and monthly reports.

-Supervise operators performance, enforce PPE and safety compliance, and coordinate with Planning, QC, Engineering, and Warehouses to achieve production targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field.

-5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry.

-Good knowledge of GMP, GDP, and ISO standards.

-Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

-Strong leadership and reporting skills.
