Job Purpose

We're looking for an MLOps Engineer to build and operate the infrastructure powering our LLM applications in production, from GPU-backed inference to secure, compliant deployment pipelines.

What You'll Do

• Deploy, scale, and maintain container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes) running GPU-backed LLM workloads.
• Architect and provision multi-cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Optimize LLM inference performance for latency, throughput, and cost.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for containerized services.
• Design retrieval and caching layers supporting production LLM applications.
• Monitor system health and lead incident response for model-serving endpoints.
• Maintain evaluation pipelines to catch quality regressions before release.
• Enforce security and compliance controls across infrastructure and data pipelines.
• Orchestrate ML/data workflows end-to-end.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in MLOps, LLMOps, DevOps, or infrastructure/platform engineering.
• Container orchestration: GPU scheduling, node pool design, autoscaling, network policies, workload identity (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Multi-cloud proficiency (AWS, GCP, or Azure) across compute, networking, databases, and storage.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for multi-environment deployments (e.g., Terraform).
• Cloud security fundamentals: IAM, VPC, encryption, audit logging.
• Observability: logging, monitoring, tracing, SLO management.
• LLM inference serving frameworks (e.g., vLLM, TGI, Triton, or equivalent).
• Inference optimization: quantization, batching, KV-cache management.
• Evaluation frameworks for LLM quality/regression testing (e.g., LangSmith or custom pipelines).
• Familiarity with security/compliance requirements in government or regulated industries
