The Mobile Native App Delivery Lead is responsible for end-to-end delivery of native mobile applications (iOS and Android) for the bank's digital channels. This role ensures secure, scalable, and high-quality mobile solutions aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer experience standards.
Technical Skills
Strong experience in native mobile development (iOS & Android)
Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, APIs, and backend integrations
Experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management
Knowledge of mobile security, encryption, authentication, and secure coding
Experience integrating with core banking systems and third-party services
Banking & Domain Knowledge
Experience delivering mobile applications in banking or financial services
Strong understanding of digital banking, payments, and customer journeys

Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Execution
Lead end-to-end delivery of native mobile banking applications (iOS & Android)
Own delivery planning, milestones, timelines, and release management
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and stability
Manage dependencies across business, architecture, security, and operations teams
Technical Leadership
Provide technical oversight on native mobile architectures (Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, Java)
Ensure adherence to mobile security standards, OWASP, and bank compliance policies
Guide teams on performance optimization, scalability, and reliability
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, app store releases, and versioning strategies
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for business, product owners, and senior management
Translate business requirements into executable delivery plans
Provide regular status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution
Team & Vendor Management
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UX, and DevOps
Manage onshore/offshore teams and external vendors
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery best practices
Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data privacy, and security standards
Support audits, security reviews, and regulatory assessments
Enforce documentation, SDLC, and change management processes
