Job Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to scale mobile app growth through data-driven acquisition and optimization across paid channels. You will own campaign execution, performance analysis, and continuous optimization to maximize ROAS and user quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive app installs and post-install engagement
- Manage and optimize paid channels (Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Apple Search Ads if applicable)
- Track, analyze, and report performance using mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer / Adjust)
- Monitor key KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention)
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to improve conversion and user quality
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation
- Stay up to date with mobile marketing trends and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for mobile apps
- Strong experience with mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar)
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization frameworks
Nice to Have
- Experience with Apple Search Ads
- Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO)
