Job Description

  • Responsibilities

  1. Develop strategic roadmaps for assigned products, including market entry, growth, and lifecycle management plans.
  2. Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of product goals with overall business strategy.
  4. Design comprehensive marketing plans tailored to meet product objectives, incorporating segmentation, targeting, positioning (STP), and promotional strategies.
  5. Align marketing plans with corporate and regulatory requirements, ensuring they meet ethical and compliance standards.
  6. Provide clear direction to the marketing execution teams for implementing campaigns and initiatives.
  7. Develop scientifically accurate and engaging training materials for medical representatives to enable effective HCP engagement.
  8. Deliver medical and product-specific training programs to sales teams, incorporating interactive formats such as case studies and role-playing.
  9. Translate research findings into actionable insights that inform product strategy, marketing plans, and training content.
  10. Analyze product performance data, sales trends, and training outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
  11. Ensure all designed marketing strategies, training programs, and promotional materials adhere to industry regulations and corporate compliance standards.

  • Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences is MUST related field.
  2. 4-5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or medical affairs in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  3. Proven ability to design effective marketing strategies and impactful training programs.
  4. Strong understanding of clinical data, regulatory requirements, and pharmaceutical product lifecycle management.
  5. Expertise in designing marketing strategies and tools tailored for HCP engagement.
  6. Excellent presentation and training delivery skills with the ability to simplify complex scientific information.
  7. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  8. 4+ years of experience as a Marketing professional, pharmaceutical and /or VMS (Vitamins, Minerals, and Supplements)
